Overview

A leading all island professional services firm is hiring a Modern Workplace Business Analyst to support its Microsoft based Digital Workplace environment.

This role focuses on improving business productivity through Microsoft 365, Power Platform, automation, analytics, and AI enabled solutions. You will combine strong business analysis capability with hands on understanding of modern Microsoft cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Stakeholder Engagement

• Lead workshops and user interviews to gather and document requirements
• Build strong cross functional relationships across the organisation
• Translate business needs into structured, actionable delivery plans

Process and Solution Improvement

• Identify automation and optimisation opportunities using Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Copilot
• Develop proof of concept or prototype solutions using low code tools where appropriate
• Support the evolution of the Modern Workplace roadmap

Solution Design and Delivery

• Produce clear functional design documentation
• Support testing, release and change management across the delivery lifecycle
• Work closely with development resources to ensure quality and alignment

Project Management

• Define scope, timelines and resource requirements
• Manage risks and issues
• Provide clear project status reporting

Experience Required

• 3 to 4 years Business Analyst experience within Digital Workplace or professional service environments
• Strong process analysis and requirements gathering capability
• Solid understanding of Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Power Apps and modern Microsoft Cloud technologies
• Experience working within Agile delivery models
• Confident stakeholder engagement skills across all levels
